Lincoln is a regulatory toxicologist and toxicology study monitor, with extensive experience supporting regulatory submissions for industrial chemicals and pesticides.  He has 12 years experience in consultancy and, having previously worked for 18 years as a Study Manager at a CRO in the area of genetic toxicology, has significant expertise in this area.

Lincoln’s work includes the evaluation of toxicological datasets, hazard identification, the determination of critical endpoints, and the provision of technical and strategic regulatory advice.  He is also experienced in data gap analysis for REACH, the preparation of robust study summaries in IUCLID, and conducting read‑across proposals in accordance with ECHA RAAF guidance.  He is a highly experienced study monitor and coordinator, commissioning studies and providing comprehensive technical oversight for projects conducted under REACH and pesticide legislation for consortia and Task Forces.

Lincoln holds a degree in Biomedical Science from King’s College London, and is a European Registered Toxicologist (ERT).
